I just wanted to share my bad experience at your dealership. I have a 2012 Accent that I took in for service. I was told that my starter was bad and it would need to be replaced. That would have been fine if they hadn't already replaced it twice after the original one went bad. This one is now out of warranty and I would have to pay the full price to get a 4th starter put into my car with only 90k miles. For obvious reasons, I don't trust the dealership can do the job. I told them that I didn't want to get the job done there since it already went bad twice under their service. I was then charged $93 to get my car back. So now I have paid this dealership close to $1,000 over the past two years and only have a bad starter to show for it. This has soured my experience with Hyundai as the service department at this location has been subpar. They misdiagnosed the second replacement as a bad battery the first time I brought it in. I had it replaced and later found out that it was actually good when I had it tested at another location. I still had to come in again and pay for the labor to get the starter replaced since only the part was covered in the warranty. Now it has gone bad again.

They quoted 1 price with trade in (quoted 250.00 on trade in) when asked for cash out the gate price they went up by 900.00 dollars. Not to forget about the BS CHARGES they add on. Then they tell you the BS charges are normal . I checked so called DOC. and other BS charges. This is how they JACK UP the price so to pay for all the BS around the lot!! Do your self a favor and deal with a better class dealership!! PS have the 2 quotes if you want to see them! Very disappointed and frustrated with what is usually a responsive service experience. At the bequest of the service department, I made an appointment for a routine oil-change appointment at 9:30 a.m. on 17 Feb; however, services were not completed until 1 p.m primarily due to the service department apparently working off a first come first serve basis. I have never had to wait so long for an oil change but this begs to question why make an appointment if you are expected to wait over 3 hours for an oil change?

Absolutely the worse car dealership I have ever had to deal with. Took almost 2 months to get the title and plate for the purchased vehicle. I was making daily phone calls for the last 2 weeks trying to get a resolution to the issue. Temporary plate ran out, had to get a dealer plate from them to drive on. No one would ever return a phone call. They would respond with "we will look into it" and then never call you back. I dealt with Ronnie Harris, Charlies Long and I called and left 3 message for the general manager and never got a single call from that gentleman either. Also I wanted to note: They dropped the truck off at my house without a temp tag. Called them, "oh sorry, will send that out now, you will have tomorrow"...Well....tag never showed up the following day, called again....long short on this, is it took 3 days to finally get a temp tag for the $45,000 truck I bought from them. The truck was delivered dirty, un-vacuumed, the oil and fuel filter had 10% life left according to the display and the diesel DFP tank was empty. Just a horrible experience from start to finish.

We really enjoyed our experience. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Our salesperson, Anna, really worked hard to get us a good deal on the car we wanted! The process was long, but rewarding! We got the car we wanted and we love it! I would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to go to Albany Automation.

I called about a recalled part on my vehicle and I was told that I just had to bring it in to have it fixed. After getting it to the service on my appointment, I was told the part had to be ordered. Then I was called several weeks later and I was told that the part was in and was told to bring it in. When I get there the 2nd time, I was told THE EXACT SAME THING! Told after waiting over an hour that the part isn't there and it has to be ordered and he didn't know why someone called me to tell me it was there!

Report delayed because of vacation. Had appointment to repair flat tire---not told service department had moved. Reported at correct location 20 mins. early for appointment. Service advisor nonchalant, at best. Repair began 1 hr and 10 mins. later. Service completed 3 hrs and 15 mins after time of appointment. Air placed in tire that was inflated with nitrogen. Tools not stored properly in trunk. Supervisor apologized. No charge for repair. Would never return to this dealer for any reason. Drove to Columbus, GA for next service on car.

From finding the "leftover" 2015 Santa Fe sport, to almost missing out on it, to Grady "Dusty" Driskell finding it again has been a total God story!! We are extremely blessed to have had the opportunity to purchase this vehicle in general but especially from auto nation Albany. So much so that I rented a car and drove up from St. Petersburg FL, the morning after Dusty confirmed the vehicle was back on the lot. Dusty actually met me at a gas station with the Santa Fe and followed me to the airport to return the rental. Then allowed me to test drive the vehicle on the way back to the dealership. The paperwork went super quick with Derek! It's been 10 years since we last purchased a family vehicle and it was well worth the wait! Nothing but good things to say about our experience here with everyone involved ! 👍🏽 thank you so much👍🏽

I had to wait from 730am that morning till almost 12 went to get a tire rotation and oil change I knew I had a recall on my sunroof but they didn't tell me they were working on that till two hours later and I told them that I would come back to do it

Everyone was professional and polite, but they estimated it would take 45 minutes for an oil change and it ended up being 1 hour and a half, twice as long. Evidently, the others in the waiting room encountered the same overrun time-wise. It would be helpful if you are going to take twice as long as estimated to update those who are waiting. Plus, I happened to be outside when my car was driven outside the maintenance entrance and I followed the service man into the desk, or I believe the wait would have even been longer based on the activity at the desk.

For transporters: Fairly safe and ample parking for trucks/trailers. No head facilities after hours. Restaurants too far away to walk to but many located a short drive across the Interstate.

Arrived initially at 0710 having worked all night and noting service department hours 0700-1800. Unable to enter with entrance still blocked. Called but no answer. Drove home and finally reached service department by phone, told to bring car in for service. Just needed oil change so decided to wait. Took an hour and a half and charged $123 for oil and filter costing $30 at Walmart. Not a five star experience.

I spent a ridiculous amount of money for a new remote for my car and had it synced to my car. I drove 5 miles down the road and did some shopping. When I got in my car, I was sitting inside with it running for about 3 minutes and my entire car shut down on its own. I've had no issues with my car in the time I've owned it and find it a strange coincidence that all of a sudden, after being at the dealership, my entire car shuts down and won't start. I have to wait for AAA to tow my vehicle to Hyundai where I am charged $142.00 for them to diagnose the problem. Funny, my car was working fine before I took it there and they are going to charge ME to find out what's wrong. Worst dealership I've been to. Again, how coincidental that something goes wrong after they've messed with it and then charge ME! Then they want $700 on top of diagnoses for a part that costs all of $120. Even at $50 an hour for a job that shouldn't take more than an hour, where does the other $500 go? RIP OFF! Needless to say, I then had to have the car towed to my home. So 2 tows and $400 for a new remote and diagnosis later, VERY UNHAPPY!!
